CTRL conducts governance reviews for organisations seeking to understand how their constitutional frameworks, election processes, term limits, and eligibility criteria affect representation outcomes. This includes analysis of Articles of Association, board appointment and rotation mechanisms.

CTRL delivers bespoke representation audits and data analysis for organisations, sector bodies, and funding partners. Drawing on the methodology developed through the Seat at the Table report series, CTRL provides board composition analysis, intersectional representation tracking, workforce-to-leadership pipeline mapping, and benchmarking against sector targets. Research outputs range from confidential internal audits to published sector reports.
